Copper conductor irradiated cross-linking polyolefine insulated cable with halogen free low smoke flame retardant with rated voltage up to and including 450/750 volts, and the rated temperature is 90, 105, 125, 135,150
1. Application
The products are halogen-free, low smoke, flame retardant radiation cross-linked polyolefine insulated wires and cables with rated voltages at 450/750V or below.
They are applicable to the fixed wiring, construction, transportation, subways, light rails, municipal utilities, hospitals, schools, public entertainment places, power stations, factories, military facilities, warning control, internal connection of electric and electronic equipment where the thermal resistant is required to be at 90, 105, 125, 135,150, especially suitable for the places which have special demands for flame retardant, smoke density, toxicity etc.
2. Features
The electron beam radiation cross-linked halogen-free low-smoke flame retardant wires & cables produced in the plant is a perfect combination of nuclear physics, electric, radiation chemistry, machinery, wires and cables, materials and other techniques.
Electron accelerator produces electron beams, which then take effect on the insulation (sheath) of wires and cables before radiation cross-linking.
As a result, the wires and cables not only are eminent in machinery & electric performance, simple structure and light weight, but also have resistance, low temperature resistance, environmental protection, flame retardant, environmental ageing resistance, solvent resistance, radiation resistance, chemical erosion resistance etc.
The products are manufactured in line with the standard JB/T10491 <Cross-linked Polyolefin Insulated Wires and Cables With Rated Voltages Up to and Including 450/750V> issued by China Machinery Industry Federation and the standard GA306 <Flame Retardant and Fire Resistive Cables: Classification and Requirements for Flame Retardant Fire Resistive Characteristics of Plastic Insulated Electric Cables> issued by China Public Security Profession Association.
